Can I get this on a shirt?
My parents and teachers adhering to this would have made my childhood and adolescence so much easier. Even now, though I’m in a typically “extrovert” profession (theatre), this is how I operate. Especially the sixth one….depending on the situation, I can get very freaked out when things suddenly change or people expect me to do something with short notice. My parents really need to understand the fourth one. Every time me and my mom argue, she snaps at me when I don’t answer fast enough for her, which just stresses me out even more and then I end up angry and crying and it’s no good.
I clearly haven’t been taking good care of myself
